@ZestyMutt That's awesome! Looks really clean without the tris and the even quads. My older character models are an absolute hot mess to deal with topology-wise so it'd be best to re-do them entirely inside of Blender

@SlipperyT yeh!! most of the manual stuff is just making everything quads instead of tris and subdividing so it all bends nicely when you rig it
just as an example heres a conversion i did partially a while back, left is fixed & right is unfixed;

I've been thinking of remaking/remodeling Jenny with the new style (vertex editing) & also more-so just in my style of modeling
If jenny does well I could also do bia again and/or others too! That is if you're alright with it and maybe you could even use them 👉👈

@ZestyMutt That sounds promising, I personally haven't seen any conversions or tried doing it, but I do remember that concept of converting models from MI to other engines being a neat idea. Great to hear it's an actual thing you can do now 😌

@SlipperyT @IamPahealCringe .obj conversion is possible with vertex editing and probably even a fair bit easier! but *some* retopology is still needed to fix certain errors in the conversion process, not nearly as bad as it was before tho LOL

@Sofya_ArtGame Well, thank you! It's incredibly tedious to get everything to work, especially since idk what I'm breaking half the time. She might look nice, but she still has a lot of issues. Her face and general weights are all wack now after my edits but she's getting fixed up (eventually)😌

@IamPahealCringe Thank you, but to be fair, I've only done the facial & body tweaks to the base model. I have no business getting into the nitty-gritty technical parts when it comes to modeling & rigging 🤷♂️
