@Shpeshal_Nick This is the “easy” part. Phil was able to fix some obvious issues with Xbox but he could never crack the code with consistently great exclusive games. That will be the hard part for Asha and we don’t know yet if they will pivot to exclusives or not.

Right now, Asha is in “retention mode”. Which makes total sense for *right now*. The ship needs to be righted and they need to focus on keeping who they have happy as well as maybe taking back a few fence sitters Long term remains to be seen with “acquisition mode” (new cust)
