No, it is stupidly hard to use context clues because I named every region in my rant. I also didn't affiliate myself with any group, so tossing me into a group doesn't make sense contextually either. I dont know what you have or haven't seen, so why the hell would I care to respond to you and how you feel? The fuck? Like, dont use passive aggressive sarcasm as an insult. NA didnt even do bad at LAN, and yet everyone still clowning on them. Idk we watched SA and China perform terribly, like usual, and then NA and SEA give EU the only fight they had besides themselves. Like, say what you want but NA is still 3rd best in the world. Which is average. Which... like... is that really even surprising at this point. Not even sure what criticisms to give to NA besides like, I guess clean up draft? Stop being so hooked into your playstyles? Maybe experiment more? I think NA took advantage of new brawlers and new mechanics, like, once. Tribe with Edgar. And they won. OR went Darryl Kit, like... it isnt 2023. Can we move on? Can we evolve? I dont know, unlike the rest of NA I wasn't hyped about Brawl Cup. Sure, Bobby and Sans were #1 seed after years, and yeah it's cool to see Patchy back in it, and yeah Tribe is still there... but in my head the regions that just have not evolved at all in the game are the same ones out early. Tribe did ok since they had some flex with Diego, but without being pointed, micro still needs a lot of work. Beyond that, I dont know. It was boring watching NA. Same strats and ideas we've seen a hundred times from them. And, surprise? Same results. And I know no one cares about the ramblings of someone who isnt invested in the scene at all anymore beyond appearing in streams once in a while and tweeting some bs about BS, but like... I dont know. I'm ready for NA to evolve but it doesn't look like they themselves are ready. Three more months to prove otherwise... but can't say that at this rate my predictions from the start of the year remain the same. A HMBL and CR finish. Even if FUT knocks one of those two out, we will have a repeat champion. Theyre the only ones that feel like they're actually playing the game, trying new things, and adapting to the new metas. Evolving... Whatever. Just drunk and rambling, don't mind me.
