7th Grade Parents: On May 5, seventh grade will be attending the Iron Pigs game! Details are included in the flyer below. Permission slips will be distributed in homeroom on Monday, March 23. All slips and payments must be returned by Wednesday, April 1.

Mrs. Ciotti’s class held a trial to decide if Charlie from The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street was guilty of murder. Students acted as defense and prosecution using evidence from the teleplay. Officer Borso joined as bailiff, swearing in witnesses and reading the verdict.

Congratulations to our SLMS students who participated in PMEA Intermediate Songfest at Saucon Valley. They represented SLMS in a chorus of 135 middle school students from Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Northampton, Pike, and Schuylkill counties. #SLSDProud #SLMSSpartans

On Monday, the SLMS Chorus & Spartan Chorale performed their Winter Concert - it was amazing to see almost 150 students singing beautifully together! What a great way to kick off the Holiday Season!

Mr. Miller's 8th grade STEM classes have been hard at work diving into engineering, collaboration, and problem-solving. Students teamed up to design and build functional pull carts using real tools, mechanical parts, and their own creativity. #SLSDProud #SLMSSpartans
