I found this song called Vey Vey from the film Oka Radha Iddaru Krishnulu, and the electro-funk composition by #Ilaiyaraaja is incredible. However, #Kamalhassan's high-pitched voice elevated this song. But I am a little surprised that Raja sir used SPB in the Tamil version.

The film was a indeed a masterpiece. But frankly her performance was a bit underwhelming especially the scenes where she was “forced” to look at the wall into the pictures. It looked too artificial( i blame it on the director), also the breakdown when she knows the truth, had no impact as well . Maybe lang issue , but she was nowhere near a world class performance .. ihmo

I am so glad he mentioned Biana Momin… it’s an incredible performance! She’s so unfussily terrific in the film. But I haven’t seen much chatter about her online. I don’t blame people. She delivers such a lived in performance that nobody will walk out saying she was great. She was that great.

People felt that Ratnamala’s portions were a bit draggy coz such was the theme that ppl were impatient to know more about the movement that they forget that this was a movie ! Otherwise it wud have been a documentary ! A big win! #Parasakthi ! An important movie of our times!

#JanaNayagan - postponement makes me very sad and it’s a huge loss to Tamil Cinema. Been tracking the court arguments minute by minute till its end and feel sad about how this issue got dragged in legal & procedural requirements, leading to delay in releasing the film as planned. The worldwide box office loss this weekend cannot be compensated at all. The film was about to create box office history✍️
