@ArgosHelpers we bought a Breville Toaster in Nov 2023 - ~16 months old, so just over the 12m warranty. Only used once or twice a week and it’s blown. This doesn’t seem to meet the ‘reasonable length of time’ requirement of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Can you help? @brevilleUK

It is my sad duty to convey that Emma Hutchison - my beloved wife and the most amazing person and scholar I have ever met - has passed away last night. Although no surprise - we have known for a couple of years that time is up - I am utterly devastated and lost for words.

Also, your team member called me ‘love’ when I asked how long they would be. ‘As long as it takes love’. Very patronising - and he probably wouldn’t have done so to a man. 🙄

@TravisPerkinsCo - one of your vehicles in Canterbury this morning. The street is a narrow one way street with both a school and a nursery on it - so why was this arranged for 8:30am? It was backing onto to main road and causing chaos. Please consider these things when scheduling

We've just had some incredible news about Rufus today! At birth, his fecal elastase was <15, or severely pancreatic insufficient. We were told today that he is at 171, thanks to Kaftrio! With >200 being normal. Meaning he may not have to use creon for much longer! 🎉🎉

We are so grateful for the messages, shares, kind donations to the fundraiser. I painted Isabelle's nails yesterday and told her how loved she is by everyone near and far. We are bereft, but lifted by you all celebrating her life with us and holding us in our pain x
