Started taking Ivermectin, Fenbendazole and Mebendazole around 7 weeks ago not because I was sick but because I had just been feeling 'off', like something just wasn't quite right. I had some bloating after meals, brain fog halfway through the day, not sleeping as well as I always had, and low energy. I’m not a doctor and I’m not telling anyone what to do. I just decided I wasn't going to accept feeling suboptimal as normal. I wanted to see if the health benefits of a yearly or twice yearly parasite cleanse was really all it is hyped up to be. And the results have been amazing.
