@Coach_F0x U can only deal a certain amount of damage to each team to get surge in a minute. If the cap was 100 damage in a minute, you do 100 damage for 100 surge, you do 1000 damage to one team u still only get 100 surge

Hope this tweet helps fortnite to realise we urgently need a storm surge rework I'm open to discuss ideas with anyone with a brain, but i think the best would be to reduce the damage done to people. Ex : 100 damage to team X = 100 surge 100 more damage to team X = only 50 surge

If someone can never earn, or even get close to earning in the current solos format then it's entirely their fault. There are an infinite number of ways for someone to better their solo abilities and gameplay (solo scrims, creative maps, aim training etc). Solos should not have to be a free money handout for less experienced players. It's been the backbone of fortnite competitives entire existence (maybe not so much now, but back in the day good solo placements = good teammate options for duos/trios). If you put the time into solos with things that ACTUALLY help, you will notice improvement week by week. This game has never been a charity and it never will be.
