I'm about 15 minutes in to @PierrePoilievre's interview with @joerogan. About 12 minutes in they start talking about MAID, where Poilievre says people "should have the choice". A few minutes later he talks about how his favourite psychologist is Viktor Frankl. Frankl actively opposed assisted-suicide, and knew that seeking to eliminate suffering often ends up eliminating the suffering person. "Every life, in every situation and to the last breath, has a meaning, retains a meaning. This is equally true of the life of a sick person, even the mentally sick. @311West_ @vancolour I'm not his biggest fan but to be fair, I've seen him talking like these things a few years ago. This isn't new for him, its known hes been into working out and likes UFC for some time.

Pierre Poilievre had a good, albeit forgettable, chat with Joe Rogan. They hit classic JRE tropes (combat sports, lifestyle optimization) but avoided anything controversial or even timely (Trump, the war). It won’t change minds. It wasn’t bad or ‘based’. It just won’t matter.

@exQUIZitely I run MUNT on my main PC then connect it to my DOS PC through the soundcard and use my modern PC as an MT-32 machine. Works great!

I'm so out of touch, I don't even know if PC gamers these days still bother with sound cards... is that still a thing? What I do remember, though, is that the Roland MT-32 was the most unachievable piece of hardware ever back in the day, at least for me.

@KariLawler This is hard because you have the best of the golden DOS era games in the early to mid-90s then all of the great 3dfx Voodoo Glide based games and RTS games in the late 90's.

@RobynUrback @triggerpod He has made it clear that he is working with the PM while in the US (texting him) for the good of Canada which is what I like to hear. Also his description of parliment and how it functions was very good.

@RobynUrback I'm about an hour in and I am impressed so far. When he was on the @triggerpod he was just making a lot of talking points instead of genuinely answering questions. I'm glad to see he is more personable here.

@RCAM_Media It used to be fairly common in Canada but... More so at ice cream stores than grocery stores.

How come Blueberry Ice Cream basically just doesn't exist in any store or ice cream shop? Yeah, I can make it and some niche stores have it but I don't think I have ever seen it in any well-known grocery stores. You can always find strawberry, chocolate, cherry, vanilla, ect but not blueberry? What gives? Blueberry is amazing and deserves a seat at the table of great ice cream flavors.
