@ImBreckWorsham Actually it says NOTHING about "keeping" a deposit- just that your initial deposit doe not guarantee the product/service will culminate. The deposits would be refunded as no products/service came to fruition from said deposit

Trump took in 600,000 deposits at $100 each on the Trump phones he marketed for sale, which he has now cancelled, totaling $60 million. This is him justifying keeping the deposits. This is theft by deception.
