Showed a game I play to an interviewer and got the job! 🔥😁 I started an alliance 2044 days ago (5.5yrs) with amazing people 🩷 We battle titans and wars, in real life we've had babies, weddings, job changes, even serious health issues and yet every day we grind as a team, laugh a lot and nobody's ever left the alliance. When the CEO asked me about loyalty I decided to skip the usual 'I'm loyal because I value....' and showed him the game on my phone. Told him about my awesome crew, the daily dedication and how my leadership has never been challenged. He smiled throughout, and when I thanked him after my game tour he told me I got the job! 😁 Loyalty comes in many forms, but I chose to explain it using something that was authentic, in real time and I was proud of. Gaming is more than just a game, thanks for the memories and life skills @SmallGiantGames 💕 ...btw JaneToo is a robot in a short film I wrote, she was kickass so I honoured her awesomeness 😎
