Yesterday, Evergreen spent a wonderful day on the River Thames, after heading to the Thames Explorer Trust’s headquarters at Chiswick Pier. Their round trip sailed from Chiswick all the way to Westminster. #thamesexplorertrust #chiswickpier

We are delighted to celebrate our brilliant Year 5 and 6 sports team, who achieved second place in yesterday’s NFL ‘Chase the Flag’ contest at Springwest. Well done team 🥈 Thanks to Coach Samir and Mrs Ansarey for accompanying and supporting the children on this trip.

Y6 had a wonderful time learning about traditional Spanish dancing 💃🏽 during today’s Flamenco workshop - the children enjoyed collaborating together and shaking their hips. A brilliant way to begin a Tuesday. #Flamenco

I had a fun time at @SmallberryThe with Toby and Helen from @Thames21 talking with the very knowledgeable year 3 Conifers class about ways to prevent flooding. They tested different materials for filtering water and showed us the school’s rain garden, many planters and pond

Always a popular and fun filled day at Smallberry, children and staff very much enjoyed dressing up as book characters for #WorldBookDay. Miss Coombes arranged lots of activities including a Smallberry first, ‘The Masked Reader’. 📚📖📚

We are delighted to celebrate our Year 5 & 6 girls footballers who, today participated in the Borough Best Football Finals at Gunnersbury Park. Topping their group they progressed through the rounds but ended up narrowly missing the final stages on penalties. Well done team.

Cultural Diversity Day 2025 Today we celebrated our very first Cultural Diversity Day! Children came in dressed in clothing from their cultures and paraded these for all to see! After school, we hosted a bake sale to raise money for our upcoming Flamenco workshop.

Reception class welcomed some local police officers to Smallberry to learn all about their role as a police officer. As part of their learning topic, ‘People who keep us safe’, children asked lots of questions. Thank you for visiting us. @MPSHounslow

Today, Year 2 travelled back in time to 1666 to learn all about the Great Fire of London. Special thanks to Carl from #thosehistorypeople for a fantastic day of learning. 🔥🔥🔥

Year 6 had a phenomenal time at their VR Workshop where they immersed themselves into what life was like during WW2. They got to witness scenes from the Blitz in London as well as D-Day.
