@hyper_str8 That makes sense. Since it’s all done frame by frame, deciding early would definitely save a lot of extra work later on.

@SmallerBike75 The thing is, the recoloring is done frame by frame as well. So, to avoid a massive amount of work down the road (52 pages), it would be best to make a decision now, while we're still at the very beginning.

I started this project with the intention of replicating Jay's style as closely as possible—to make the animation look as faithful to the original as it could be, including the colors. However, since this is an ongoing animation, some color variations have naturally occurred over time; consequently, the color palette used in the early pages differs from that of the final pages. I was planning to keep the palette consistent right through to the end, but I wanted to get your take on it. Would you prefer a recolor that aligns more closely with the final pages, or is it fine just the way it is?

@hyper_str8 By the way, nice animation! Honestly, I think it’s pretty rare for an indie animator to make an adaptation of another artist’s 18+ work.

@hyper_str8 Could you create an alternate recolor after finishing the animation project? That way, the project could stay consistent until the end. By the way, your color palettes are really good and work very well for animation.
