Relaunching @SmartAllocator in 2026 to openly track my journey as a 35yo dad building family financial freedom. My focus is dividend income, growth stocks, Tesla, Bitcoin, Gold & stablecoins – via my UK Stocks & Shares ISA and other investment vehicles. Inspired by the transparency of @2147mill @freedombill3 @maxcashstacking – thanks for showing what’s possible, real eye opener! Starting the year with £62,573 in my Trading212 ISA. 2026 goal: Cut losers (some of the decisions I have made been very bad!) and grow monthly dividend income to hit £100k in the ISA. Follow along if you’re on a similar path! Not financial advice, I am just a guy from the internet!

Financial education should be a mandatory subject in school. Teach them about tax. Teach them about investing. Teach them essential financial habits. Why isn’t it?

@2147mill Sad truth is that 35k in current reality is very little salary! Very good for young people but anyone above 30 is low. There are many opportunities out there to make way kore than 35k 🤷‍♂️

Can you save and invest £500/month on a £35k salary? Yes… but it’s not easy. Take-home is roughly £2,300–£2,500/month. £500 is about 20% of that. That means trade-offs: Less eating out. Fewer upgrades. More intention with spending. But here’s the flip side: £500/month at 8% for 30 years = £745,000 So it’s not a money problem. It’s a priority problem. Be honest… could you do it if you really wanted to?
