@ChrisGPackham 😔❤️ the situation is dire. All we can do is keep pushing to make the situation less bad. Every fraction of a degree of warming matters. Together we can engage in hopeful action. It doesn't reverse what we've already lost, but we can fight like hell for the living.

This was a mixture of how to become a Sport Psych and things a sport psych regularly says. The biggest one for me working with those with RED-S being: it is not normal for female athletes to lose their period. If you do - seek some support.
