@smart_worldwide hi, I'm having issues with controlling my Smart #3 via the app. Can't turn on climate control, lock, unlock, etc. My coworker is having the same issues. Is there a network fault?

I just checked out the @smart_worldwide #3 Brabus and I have to say, I really like it. It has everything you need, from practical features like a heated steering wheel, seat heating, seat ventilation, heat pump, etc., to fun extras like ambient lighting, a head-up display, and artificial engine sounds. The charging curve and top speed* could be better, though. But overall, it’s a well-rounded and stylish car, and possibly my next daily driver. *For a Brabus, it shouldn’t have the same top speed of 180 km/h as its smaller siblings. @smartEMOTION

@BearWillsman Hello Colin, Our cars don't offer adaptive suspension, so the driving mode doesn't affect the suspension setup. However, you can adjust the steering feel in Eco mode. In the car settings menu, you can choose from automatic, low, medium, or strong steering settings.

@smart_worldwide Habe ich schon. Nicht weitergeholfen. Eure Informationsstrategie ist eine Karastrophe. Und macht mal das 5-7 Wochen Lieferzeit von Eurer Website runter. Sind aktuell 13 Wochen.

@smart_worldwide Ist es eigentlich normal, dass ein Auto nach 12 Wochen immer noch nicht ausgeliefert wurde? Der von mir Ende Mai bestellte Smart sollte am 11.07. ausgeliefert werden. Bisher keinerlei Info von Euch. Also NULL Info, nichts, nada. Wollt Ihr keine Autos verkaufen?
