@abrick75 @DarkoStateNews I never said what UM will be getting is a “program killer” but there will definitely be consequences that will be felt. $20M fine. Vacated wins (but not likely the title), postseason ban (likely 2 years), recruiting restrictions, and Moore 6 game suspension.

@Smartarse21 @DarkoStateNews More than likely a short negotiated suspension for Moore for deleting the texts(which I can agree with) and maybe some fines. No vacated wins. No post season ban. A slap on the wrist, no hammer as some so strongly hope for lol

Just saw where the Deloitte NIL Clearinghouse / Review Platform is being called “NIL Go.” Considering that Deloitte has stuck its greedy hands in every deep pocket in the NIL space, ignoring any conflicts, they should have called it “NIL Ho.”

In a meeting with Deloitte officials at ACC spring meetings, the company shared with ADs/coaches interesting figures on the NIL clearinghouse. - 70% of past deals from booster collectives would have been denied. - 90% of deals from public companies would have been approved.

@DarkoStateNews 19.12.8 gives the COI blanket authority to go outside of the standard penalty structure. 19.12.8 (g) is only talking about how vacating would work if an INDIVIDUAL was ineligible, doesn’t state that is the only reason to vacate. 19.12.8 (l) other penalties deemed appropriate
