1/ #Privacy #Law Update - Canada's adequacy status in the EU was renewed yesterday (ec.europa.eu/commission/pre…). This adequacy decision was overdue under the GDPR, with the last adequacy decision issued 15 years prior to the GDPR coming into force (eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/…).
