This more than likely will be my lowest weight as I want to enjoy December within reason. I’ve worked my arse off and been very selfish this year so far but I needed to It took breaking my back to realise how far I’d gone. Through walking, peloton, diet and direction from @WeightLossW_Ojo I’ve changed my life and others around me by starting this! Hopefully inspires some of you to do the same Next year…. Muscle and I might get a decorator finally 😂
