@Seur101 @Predo_OW In my experience being a manager is more like HR and administration. For example I'm keeping statistics for scrims, therefore I know what to tell the coach. I handle onboarding or off boarding players. Im keeping track of the schedules, and pinging reminders.

@Predo_OW admittedly what do like 90% of managers even do that coaches and players couldnt just do themselves? ive always kinda been confused why having a manager is seen as necessary when most of them are legit just scrim bots

The amount of work the average Manager puts in is equivalent to a Coach who only comes to scrims and does nothing else
