I had the worst experience today. booked an appointment through the app for home cleaning, and for the second time, the cleaner went to a different flat, and I was charged an extra amount. They did refund the amount, but this is not acceptable!!!!

Delivery agent collected order, claimed stuck in waterlogged area, then in the app msg recieved delivered but I didn't get order or refund. Customer care isn't responding, keeps exiting chat after connecting. Very bad service need my money back.

@SmilesUAE - very bad UI/UX and service is pathetic... they have tied up with stores but cant deliver.. i ordered and time given was 3pm - 4pm and til 740pm - no communication, no mention and yes no delivery. understand, it was raining and now it has stopped.
