Both of them are ratarded because you can see while the car didnt just keep going but even turns to the right to make sure they hit them, the girl was NOT looking where the cars were coming from at all. She actually starts walking WHEN there is obviously a car coming and then stops when she's right in front of it. And it's not even going that fast. Zero sympathy for either of them. 👎
