The issue has been resolved. Matches are importing now! We have about 100k matches to catch up on so it might be a bit till we're caught up.

There's an issue with the Smite API that does not let us pull match details. HiRez has been told about the issue. We are recording match ids so we can pull the details of the matches when it is fixed.

We're currently doing some emergency database maintenance because of a host issue that occurred last night. The sites should be offline for about 15 mins while we finish up.

Our site is currently offline / unresponsive at times because of an ongoing issue in the data-center. Sorry about this, it will be back to normal once they resolve it.

We've just fixed an issue where Pro and Masters player builds were not showing up on the site. They should update normally now.

We resolved an issue with the physical servers that process matches from the HiRez API. Matches are coming in now - it's going to take a little bit to catch up but no matches should be lost. Thanks for your patience!

We have fixed an issue causing matches not to update on the site. The missing matches are still in the queue - so no matches will be lost- but it will take a little bit to catch up.

Our site is currently offline while scheduled maintenance occurs at our data center. We expect the outage to last no longer than 30m.

Back online - will continue to monitor.

@Smite_Guru How come my stats haven't been updated in 5 months? Is something wrong with the site?

Just finished making changes to @Smite_Guru and @PaladinsGuru - both sites should be much more responsive now.
