I went on my first college visit today. Blessed to have also received an offer to run Cross Country and Track for the Fontbonne University Griffins! Thanks to the Coaches for the visit and to my Cross Country & Track Coaches for all your support and always pushing me.

9th place with another PR of 18:10.9 at Cuba XC Meet improvement of 1:24 from last year!

6th place tonight at St. James with a PR of 18:17

5th place today with a PR of 18:21 which is 25 seconds better than my previous PR and almost 50 seconds better than my time last year at this meet!

Getting better with each race… 9/7 Vienna 20:12.6 9/10 Linn 19:04.51 9/15 Steelville 18:43.1 (improvement of 1:20 from 2021)
