I tend to think, markets where METAR updates every hour shouldn’t be opened at all. In one hour, the temperature can easily drop from the day’s high. This kind of market turns skilled, technical temperature forecasting into a stupid game that depends entirely on the exact timing of the METAR release.

Recently, there has been some drawbacks on Polymarket weather markets volume as a consequence of some series of changes. I'm writing this thread to address problems, so that we can have a better market in future and get the problems fixed.
