You can’t ID from a bad photo. iPhone tips: Tap screen to focus. Touch & drag 1x 🔎 control for precise zoom. Try to get few pics from different angles. Close up of head + side of ‘grubs’ is important. Macro phone clip-on lenses are available online and can help. Include a coin or pen etc. as scale if needed #PestFacts @theGRDC

@brodenholland @agrobaz @CWFS_Condo At this stage it looks like that’s what is legislated. A bit of light reading for more info.

@SmithJeshua @agrobaz @CWFS_Condo Does that mean you have to meet 2 of those criteria? If you don't your exempt

More than 25 farmers, landholders and agribusiness representatives gathered in Euabalong on Wednesday 18 June for a practical and informative workshop aimed at clarifying the often-confusing carbon space in Australian agriculture.
Hosted by Central West Farming Systems (CWFS), the workshop featured expert presenter Dr Warwick Badgery from NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD). Dr Warwick Badgery delivered an engaging and comprehensive session covering key topics such as soil carbon, carbon calculators, emissions intensities, carbon markets and credits, and strategies for reducing farm emissions as part of the National Industry-led Carbon Farming Outreach Program.
CWFS CEO Diana Fear and MCAG Consulting’s Andrew McFadyen co-facilitated a session specifically tailored to address the unique challenges of low rainfall cropping systems as part of the @theGRDC RiskWi$e project. This session focused on assessing the risks and rewards of carbon-related decisions, equipping attendees with practical information to help evaluate the upside and downside risk of carbon farming in the context of their own farm business goals. CWFS is leading RiskWi$e work on carbon farming risks and rewards in central NSW in collaboration with @SouthernNSWHub .
This event was delivered with funding support from the Australian Government’s Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DECCEEW) under the Carbon Farming Outreach Program, in collaboration with Grower Group Alliance.

@agrobaz @CWFS_Condo This is the slide I saw at one of these Carbon workshops earlier in the year. If you meet 2 of the 3 in the blue boxes, you’ll have to start reporting.
My concern is the cost of time or the cost of paying someone to calculate it when margins are as tight as they are

English

@CWFS_Condo Great session. Well done 👍 Big outcome for me was businesses with over 25mill net worth (pretty sure that was the number) are required to have a carbon balance sheet by 2027. Legislated already. Let that sink in 🙄

@NtDrifter @AdamCoffeyNT Did you work it out George?
Scroll so the options come up below your photos, as you scroll down you’ll see “Pinned Collections”. Favourites is in that (at least on my phone). Very inconvenient change really, can’t see it making things easier.
English

@AdamCoffeyNT Let me know if you ever find your favourites again. That update is an absolute headf in the photos.

There is one particular scene that hit home especially hard for me.
Absolutely brilliantly done movie.
