Peppermint Penguin has come to visit Room 17! Every day the students use positional words to write about where he is in their journals !

Happy Thanksgiving!

The journey was long. The conditions were not good: the students were “squished” and they got wet (spray bottle) and it was windy (fans/large books waved in air). They even had to sleep on the Mayflower! Finally we arrived at the new world!

These students did not like the new rules in Room 17 so they packed their belongings and boarded the Mayflower to find a new world!

How lucky am I? I love the visits from my former students in the morning. I love my first and second grade friends! ❤️
