A year ago today I did my first wheelchair 10k & I was still in a bad place mentally and physically. Since I’ve now done 4 10ks, have 2 bronze & a silver Invictus medals, & I’m winning the battles with my mind & body ! #thisgirlcan #weareinvictus #disabilitysports
