One of my clients is running a 4M/yr SEO agency with himself and one strategist.
He profits more than 3.2M a year.
This is the future of many agencies.
Lean operation.
Massive profits.
And the best part. He is happy as a clam.
We spent an hour together going through what he has built today and what he plans on building over the next 12 months to deepen his moat.
If youre running a 'normal' agency and want to begin building towards margins like this, I broke it down for you
35 pages.
Everything you need to know to go from A to Z.
Comment 4M and ill send it to you.
Must be following for the auto dm to send.

@mattpocockuk My intent is a hard harness that allows it to do its loop but only apply it if confirmed... dont need unpredictable AI, instead give me an out of Critical, High, Medium, Low changes & keep a tally of days if i ignore or decide to put off the decision... whats the negative impact

This happens in any situation where the agent is allowed free access to a 'notes' file
Seeing this in my /teach skill. It mentioned once in my cubing workspace that "validating algorithms programmatically is handy"
Now it does it for EVERY SINGLE ALGO, burning tens of thousands of useless tokens

I have a deep distrust of almost any 'self-improvement' loop in coding agents
I.e. automatically created memories, CLAUDE.md suggestions applied after every session
Often the suggestions themselves are shit
But even if they're good, the agent often over-indexes on them in a way that's super unhelpful.
It makes the agent impossible to steer. And often because these memories are scoped per-project, each project is unsteerable in its own way.
What's the right name for this? Instruction rot?

@ok6ixx the principle speaks to your character, and you showed who you really are when no one is watching... that in itself if is the priceless part of the transaction. Knowing you were now in need after returning was a simple gift gesture. #PositiveReinforcement

I was in Nagoya and took someone's umbrella by accident from a restaurant.
Realized it two days later when I actually looked at the umbrella - it was way nicer than mine, had initials embroidered on the handle.
I felt horrible. Went back to the restaurant to return it and get mine (if it was even still there).
Explained the situation to the staff in broken Japanese. They didn't have my umbrella, but they took the nice one and said they'd contact the owner.
I left my hotel information in case they wanted to contact me about it.
Three days later, last day of my trip, there's a package at the hotel desk for me.
It's an umbrella. Not my cheap one, a new umbrella, decent quality. With a note in English: "Please accept this umbrella as a gift. Your honesty in returning my umbrella means more than the umbrella itself. Enjoy Japan. - Tanaka"
I tried to find out how to contact them to refuse (it felt like too much) but the hotel said there was no return address.
So now I have an umbrella from a stranger in Nagoya that I got for accidentally stealing their umbrella and then returning it.
I brought it back home to Seattle. I use it all the time. It's a good umbrella.
Still feels weird that someone rewarded me for correcting my own mistake.

I finally made it to WAFFLE HOUSE.
The staff are always friendly, and when I asked if they would sell me a menu, they sold me one for $5.
Next time, I’ll be back at 3 a.m. for fight time.
