@dc_mma @USAWrestling @alliseeisgold I’m a PSU fan too but I realize that’s not gonna be well received in the wrestling community.

Jordan Burroughs walking off the mat for what looks like the final time in his illustrious career. Classless act by a fan in attendance, yelling “career is over” at Burroughs. Hell of a career by the most decorated wrestler in US history. #WrestlingTrials24

I guess one of the reasons I'm irritated with the Fix treatment is - one of my favorite parts of the tournament is to applaud the warriors that are finishing their careers for all they've given over 4, 5, 6, or now 7 years. Especially those who don't go out on top because I feel like we're letting them know as a fanbase, "We appreciate you." Not because you win/won, but because you gave us a lot and we know how hard it must have been. Daton deserved that so let me be a guy who doesn't know him at all to say THANK YOU. He gave his all and I was the benefactor through many hours of enjoyment of his tireless hard work. Appreciate you boss 🙏

Ok real talk. I am a parent. I am also a content creator. I shoot video, photos, ect. I understand in our sport some things are going to maybe look a certain way or show in singlets. I crop, I sometimes just don’t use a photo as a way to protect the kid. That same pic could be out there 30 other ways, but it’s just what I do. Parents- do yourself a favor. Look at the places your kids pop up on- sites channels- Search them on YouTube. Is the video of the match or your child walking back and forth for a while. Is the image selected for the video suggestive? This is a real thing in our sport. All you have to do is look at the photos or videos of a creator to understand if it’s intentional or not. Are all the frames selected for videos suggestive? Are all the photos of positions you wouldn’t see other photographers post? Is there 240k views on a jv match? Do your due diligence and research! Also schools/tournament directors have someone check who you’re credentialing to photograph these athletes esp minors.
