@nxcare You clearly don’t care enough about customer experience on your coaches, not only does the WiFi not work but there is a constant smell of urine and feces from the toilet throughout the coach 🤔

@SmithsWaste Hi, I am very sorry. You can speak to the driver when the coach stops at a safe place to check if this is in working order.

@nxcare Just spoke to the driver. His response was the he couldn’t get it to work yesterday either and doesn’t know where the box is situated within the vehicle???
