@AkumaMajin @Hydromantid You know, when you put it like that, that's fair. It doesn't help that the majority of them were off screen and it was Yhwach who killed most of the other Sternritter himself.

@Smiththeaverage @Hydromantid It‘s overlooked, but Zaraki killed three Sternritter during the first invasion, and defeated Gremmy who was one of the most powerful Sternritter during the second invasion. He has the highest Sternritter kill count amongst the Captains.

@Smiththeaverage @BleachArchivess Zaraki is the most underwhelming out of everyone on the list which I agree. I assume Yhwach simply incl. him because he can't give an accurate measure of Zaraki's full potential regarding his raw strength. But same could be said for Toshiro with his potential.

@marcelo_byteval @BleachArchivess Tbf when you know enough about the universe to be able to surprise and depower someone with the ability to pick and choose any future he likes, wisdom might be the correct term.

To be honest, these "reasons" felt like Kubo trying to provide deeper meaning after the characters were named. Like: "Let's put these guys as special threats because they're cool and people are gonna love it." Then on the next manga: "Hmm. Why did I put Ichibei there? WISDOM! Yep. The main villain will definitely warn his entire army to be careful about this guy because of his massive wisdom."
