Reflecting on February 2026:
total PnL: $72.4k (36.8k trading + 41k net dev fees - 5.4k uPNL on Lobstar)
as i stated in my last monthly reflection, i quit my job this past december to pursue crypto / trading full time
january and february have been my first two months trenching full time and have consequentially been my best two months trading
in january i bolstered a 42.7k PnL, yet my best trade resulted in 48.6k PnL
this means that excluding my highest performing trade, i was net negative on the month
in january i had three red days with > a $3k loss ($3.1k, $3.46k, $5.6k)
while most of january I was busy traveling in Asia and couldn't do as much due diligence on my trades, it was clear I needed to be more consistent and manage my risk better
looking at my february history, it is evident that I have taken steps in the right direction
my largest realized one day loss this month was -$2.07k and my overall PnL was earned through multiple 4 figure and 5 figure trades
one flaw that has hurt me in the past has been overly increasing my bid size after hitting big wins
i am happy to say that for the most part in February this has not been the case, the one exception being my 300 SOL bid on Lobstar

🦞Reflecting on my Lobstar trade:
I had initially been bidding Lobstar in the 7-10m range
while i did like the coin, the size (100 sol) and the mcap range is out of my risk profile, breaking these ranges was my first mistake
as lobstar's market cap continued to plummet, I became upset with myself and began to lower my cost average on each dip
I accumulated 200 SOL more within the 2.2-4m range
every dip I noticed i became more on tilt and would lose more faith in my thesis. at one point i was down nearly 200 SOL on my position
thankfully last night the price came back to my dca'd entry (3.5m) and I was able to cut 43% of my position at cost
while I am still holding a decent size, it is a good reminder for March to continue to be cognizant of my risk tolerance and to not overbid mid cap memes

throughout February i also cut multiple runners short (Maya, AgenC, Lobstar), missing out on an extra 5-6 figure gains on each coin
i am not terribly displeased about this as I would rather secure profit than roundtrip or lose a significant amount of funds, but i do think i DCA'ing my sells over a longer time span would be to my benefit
overall, i'm proud of my time spent on-chain in February and look forward to proving myself once again in March
If all goes according to plan, I will have another five-figure positive trading month, as well as make a significant impact on improving coin deployment culture with a new product I plan on releasing
2026 has been an absolute blast so far, excited to continue my self-proclaimed ROTY campaign
