@Nattie_JamJam He didn’t do shit for Tua compared to what Tua has done for him. The being a wingman part, he solitarily pushed the notion into his intellect to pursue him. the rest, the effort was all done by Tua himself. Dean only was being despicable and infidel

#JossGawin The way people are reacting now feels a bit selective. Before, when Arnold’s actions hurt Tua, the fandom didn’t hesitate to call it out and rightfully so. No one defended the way he handled things. But now that Tua reacts to being betrayed, suddenly he’s the problem? Tua didn’t just get upset over nothing. He was lied to and kept in the dark by two people he trusted the most. Dean, especially, knew exactly how Tua felt about Arnold and still chose not to tell him the truth, even when there were plenty of chances to prevent things from blowing up this badly. They were also aware that the situation could damage everyone if it came out, yet they stayed silent. So when Tua found out, his reaction wasn’t just anger it was hurt, betrayal, and everything crashing down at once. Kicking Dean out of his own house might seem harsh to some, but it’s also a clear boundary. After everything Tua has given emotionally and even financially it’s not unreasonable for him to finally draw the line. If anything, it shows that Tua isn’t as “weak” as people painted him before. He just reached his limit.

@MyCommonSpring Firstly, why did they even have that thought in the first place. Arnold pulled back first but still admitted to not being able to tell the feelings apart which is factually unfair to Tua. Secondly, not being sober doesn’t quite justify what they were going for

We’re in a media literacy crisis. How are people mad at Tua for not knowing what we the audience know? People…be serious. These characters are not watching the show. They have a limited perspective. Let’s all engage in a little empathy and common sense #OnlyFriendsDreamOn

Using “he was drunk” as an excuse doesn’t make sense, that’s for viewers, not the characters. Tua and Jack didn’t know, and Dean has been messy from the start, even betraying Jack before. Their reaction is valid, he’s just facing the consequences of his actions.

@preciousLuvJG Exactly! If Arnold hadn’t pulled back he’d have kissed him; he pulled back after Arnold. But, however, they both must take accountability because for a split second Arnold too was into that shit

@preciousLuvJG Even when he had known Dean was drugged, is his action justified? It’s beats me how people can justify someone who is drugged but is still partying and not seeking help. He was in his senses enough to walk around pretty normally but not make a call to Jack or even tell Arnold

@Sml_1493 I judge people by how they react to Tua’s reaction, because you must be a shitty person in real life to support what Dean did and excuse it with “he was drugged.” How was Tua supposed to know when no one did? He could’ve stepped away and let it wear off instead of doing all that.
