@Underdog 1 transfer is kinda low before a penalty tbh 2 or 3 would be ideal. Every kid has a different path. there's no reason for the 5 year max all. It should be 4 healthy seasons (excluding rs) and you're done. Making a kid sit because he worked his way up to a top school is stupid
