Who turned the lights off? Hex of Blindness is a new item coming to Risk of Rain 2 in Hallowed Concepts. It limits your vision to just 96 meters, shrouding the rest of the stage in utter darkness. You'll have to wait and see which Hallowed Item it transmutes into.

i think chapter 5 is the best chapter but the only issue i has with it is that theres no lore in places where there should be? like i feel like asgores lore is really bad and its mostly because its just alot of saying "i remember what happened on THAT DAY"
