Come on @hydroottawa we are getting tired of every time there is a thunderstorm we lose power it's time to fix the problem and stop putting a bandaid on it. @ottawacity

@hydroottawa You keep telling us to look at your map and it goes from dispatched to crews arrived to delayed its a loop you are doing this is the 3rd time in 24 hours. We want answers don't tell us to check a map that is as inconsistent as the weather that causes these messes

UPDATE: We understand that the ongoing outages have been difficult for all our customers, and unfortunately this is a multi-day event that has been slow-moving due to safely concerns & weather conditions. We truly appreciate your patience and are working to restore power ASAP.

Hey Ottawa, we know it's been a tough day without power. The situation continues to fluctuate as a result of bad road conditions, ice build up and downed trees and power lines. Crews will be working 24/7, and the safety of our workers & the public remain our top priority.
