@Snake2488 @Jesii_ca_M if you're in your 50s, that makes sense. if you're younger, you've still got room for growth. diet helps a lot, make sure you're hitting your protein macros, if you're having a really hard time with that, protein shakes can really help you break through to the next level.

@Snake2488 @Jesii_ca_M waahh, you must have a slight frame, I've got a friend who is 5'6 he regularly benches 350, he squats 850, deadlifts 550. those aren't even his pr's that's just what I've personally seen him do in the gym. dudes also 45. he's a beast used to complete in Mr Olympia.

@ActivismEnjoyer @Jesii_ca_M Honestly, I could careless. I've found out that the vast majority of young ladies are actually impressed just seeing a large amount of weight being lifted. Not necessarily how much it is. A girl I'm talking and spending a lot time is already impressed with me.

@Snake2488 @Jesii_ca_M Nothing wrong with this weight but you should still be able to make progress depending on your age. Honestly, you have to have great genetics to look like this, but you can probably get close.
