This is Molly. She was finally found a week after her human fell down a 180-foot waterfall while hiking together in New Zealand. Her human was badly injured and rescued by helicopter, but Molly was missing. A week later, Molly was found at the base of the waterfall and reunited with her human. 14/10

Let's talk about the goodest girl. I know anyone with a female dog ALSO has the goodest girl, but I want to talk about our goodest girl. It starts with very scary medical procedure and ends with our family loving our golden somehow even more.

Wallaby found her forever home! 🎉 She came to us last year through our ACT nursing a litter of puppies Wallaby needed extra medical care before she could go home, but while she waited, she stole the hearts of staff and volunteers alike. Now it's finally her turn 🐾💕

How is this sweet boy still waiting for a home? 🥺 Koda is a 13-week-old mixed breed pup (~18 lbs) with the calmest, cuddliest personality. He sleeps quietly through the night in his crate, is mostly potty trained with a routine, & is working on leash skills. 1/2

Real talk with Lola… Before you’se start a rescue, Know there’ll be days you may have a hard time holding it together. Your mom may be up every 2 hours all night long doing a round robin of pups poopin’. Then she may still wake up ta a poop massacre cause someone was afraid ta go outside because they saw the yard guy outside the day before and isn’t sure if he’s gone. The whole house may smell bad no matter how much Mr Clean is used. She may be tired from doin’ laundry all day almost every day & keepin water bowls filled. Don’t let me get into how exhausting people can be & how hard it is ta be responsive when you’re in the midst of the daily care of senior & behavioral challenged pups. So yeah she may be cryin by 8am with a cut on her thumb from a food can cover & 💩 in her hair as she shoves another bed in the laundry. She may need a bueno bar at noon ta keep going. Right now she needs her iced coffee & a shower & hugs from all the pups here. But there are over 550 pups saved amidst this madness so we take it day by day. And we look at JJ, Georgie, Big Doug, Nelly, Scottie, Sunny & the others & know they may not be here without rescue. And we take a moment to be grateful. Before washing our hair.
