I think the most sobering thing about my whole getting diagnosed with ADHD and getting medicated, is that I actually finally relax sometimes, without forcing it. It's a weird, foreign feeling to be able to just chill without my mind being cluttered and loud, and without feeling guilty or lazy for not doing SOMETHING. Not a bad weird by any means, but weird nonetheless. I am happy though c: I could get used to this.
