@SnapfishUS is the absolute worst. Glitch in their system and my order goes to a former address. I spent an hour and a half on chat trying to sort it out and they call me a liar. Never order from them. Worst customer service. Disconnected 5 times and they say their system works.

@SnapfishUS Yes, i got that after i posted my new comment. This issue is closed, but its ridiculous that i had to put so much time, effort, and publicity into it when i would've been happy to make a phone call.

@SnapfishUS is just about the worst company I've ever dealt with. After multiple contacts, they have not done anything either thru email or phone. They have no 800 # and the chat feature on their website doesnt work on my tablet. I regret ever buying from them #badsnapfish
