it’s small shifts every day.
How you spend your time every day is who you are, equally as who you will become.
If we do the same things every day, we create a closed loop. If you want change, change how you spend your time. In order to change the trajectory, make small changes to open the loop.
If you fall under consumer, realize that you undermine the value of your time and attention. Delete social media for a few days and redirect that time and attention elsewhere.
So why are you on it so much? What actual value does it provide as a consumer?
As a creator, your content gets fed to the consumer and has potential to expand. Creating traction for yourself/business.
