The difference is, unlike Lucas I wasn’t paid with public money to develop and sustain the sport. Motorsports is a sport that has been here for the past 15 or so years, so it’s our job to work collectively with any government to create the best environment for everyone involved in Motorsports.
Of course, I’m heavily involved in an expensive hobby, and Alhamdulillah, I have been fortunate to be in the sport since 2004. Being one of the best athletes in the country is an achievement for the collective effort of many. Never did I go to politicians for handouts in my entire career, and I never intend to. I had the best teams and sponsors throughout my career 💪🏻
So this still isn’t the best take to come against me, try again.

I may be nobody compared to these two. But what Smith and Lucas should understand is that they are followed by many. What they do carries weight in the political sphere. Images like this have a broader impact than they may realize. Running after whichever leader pleases them shows a lack of ethics, self-respect, and a stable sense of direction. Doing whatever feels right in the moment is why the Maldives keeps moving backward, with the same issues repeating again and again. And then these same people come forward saying we need change. First, figure out what and who you want to be.
