Dear @Snooker19Game why does the opponent get awarded the frame when playing ‘online VS’ and ‘online Tournament’ modes when THEY concede the frame? PS4. I can’t win, ever. Either I lose fair and square or I’m in a winning position and they withdraw and I lose the frame🤷🏻‍♂️

@Snooker19Game My career mode games aren’t accessible since this update. Saved games won’t load and trying to access them closes the software… Any fix?

@Snooker19Game trying to play a few games with my friend who has now purchased a ps5 but is still using the ps4 game.. we can't seem to connect maybe an issue with ps4 to ps5 compatability. Could it be fixed?

@Snooker19Game my game keeps freezing with ‘opponent is thinking’ on the screen. I can’t get past this point and have no choice but to start a new player career?

@Snooker19Game Since the upgrade the game keeps conceding for me mid game and mid break …. When I don’t ask it to! …. What can I do, really spoiling the game as it can happen at any moment!

@Snooker19Game i have a problem it’s not loding the game for some reason

The new update to remedy screen darkness issues in Snooker 19 on PS4 has now passed a final check from Sony. We expect to release the update this lunchtime. Thanks again for your patience during this period.

The update for PS4 is in the final stages of development and QA. This process takes time as there are multiple stages of QA and a final check from Sony. We’ll share the release timeline the second we have it - likely in the next few days. We appreciate your patience at this time.

Our dev team has found the cause of the screen darkness issues reported in Update 1.20 on PS4 and is now finalising a fix. Stay tuned on Twitter for further updates.

@Snooker19Game Also completely cuts the opening intro to matches since the update any idea how this can be fixed or is it because I'm playing on PS5?

@Snooker19Game @Snooker19Game On xBox one the game is not playable more. U see no player names in the online leaderboard. If u win u get -points. The game give up on his own. Thats not funny. Fix it fast. Only a hand full players are still playing. It was a good game but now it gets worse 🤮
