gm Feeling the best I have in years Been health maxxing more and doing more irl shit Almost done with my quarterly 72 hour fast to clean out all the bullshit of the past few months( just water, plain electrolytes, and green tea) I mainly do this for mental focus and testing my will power, but the health benefits are a mega plus. Remember, health is wealth.. please take care of yourself. (Mental/ spiritual health too!) You don’t wanna be the trader who made all this money but is constantly in the hospital.
