Just got a call from @XboxSupport being very rude and argumentative to my wife. Refused to say where he was from, kept having at go at my wife and arguing with her insisting that she had replied to an email, which of course she's hasn't.

@XboxSupport I have been having issues with sending and receiving messages on xbox for the past week. In addition party and game invites are not showing notifications when sent out or when they are being sent to me.

I cannot stay connected to my WiFi on my Xbox. Everything in my house runs fine EXCEPT my console. Is there any way to fix this? @XboxSupport

@XboxSupport Hello. Are there any hardware differences between the first Xbox One X’s (such as the Scorpio) and the lastest ones (like the Gears 5 limited console)? I’m talking about like chip/processor upgrades, etc.
