@ww_us And BTW - a Clinician would have to contact me to “potentially prescribe non GLP medications.” My Clinician hasn’t sent me a message in months. Actually the last communication I had wasn’t even with my assigned Clinician.
@SnowMom_1929 Hi Juniper, we're sorry to hear this. If your medications aren’t covered by your insurance, your Clinician can evaluate your chart to potentially prescribe non GLP medications that are covered in the cost of our program.
@ww_us Med+ question-Not sure what I am paying for. My insurance won’t cover meds anymore and too costly out of pocket. So now what? They won’t let me drop the clinic portion. I want to keep the tracking, meetings, and tools.
@ww_us A “Care Team” that didn’t respond to me for months. No wonder the BBB had so many complaints against Weight Watchers - and most of them are bc of the clinic.
@ww_us A “Senior Manager” Med+ said I have no recourse in attempting to cancel. So I have to pay for a service that offers me nothing. I am requesting to not fully give up the Weight Watchers membership, just to drop Med+? Oh and I am no longer to speak of dropping with my “Care Team.”
@ww_us Returned because I previously loved the program, but my experience w/the medical plan has been frustrating.I was shown $25/month,which later increased to $100/month, & I’m now locked in without receiving services. Filed a BBB complaint & would like a prompt resolution.

@VeritaNurse@ww_us I am in the same boat. What am I paying for? Not getting meds through them but I have to pay until Dec 2026??? I just want the meetings, tools, and tracking. The Med+ thing stinks. You can go months without anyone responding or reaching out to you.
@ww_us I paid for a product I NEVER got and they still want me to pay monthly for nothing.
Signed this past Dec its now April and I have ZERO MEDS. They make promises they cant keep, lie about insurance taking too long for authorizations when its THEM that are too short staffed.
@ww_us How do I contact someone at WW who will listen? My care coordinator is making medical determinations that are negatively effecting my health. My insurance company disagrees with her and Is requesting that my prior authorization request expedited and she is refusing.
@beckytssz@SanoviaReynolds@usedgov@VP@VP45@VP44 The loans need to be consolidated. There is an informative group on FB that helped me navigate PSLF. It is Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program Support. All loans should be consolidated and serviced by MOHELA.
As of May 2023, more than 616,000 public servants have had $42+ BILLION in federal student loans forgiven through Public Service Loan Forgiveness!
If you work in public service, you could be one of them – find out if you qualify at StudentAid.gov/PSLF.
@ReneRam62396418@usedgov Everyone that complains about those working for the government getting loan forgiveness should get a public service job for 10 years and get their loans paid off. I’m sure you will love the significant decrease in pay.
@PennMedicine dad receives amazing care at HUP for cancer for over a year. Now at Penn Hospital and being denied a life saving pacemaker because he tested positive for Covid. His heart has stopped multiple times and told policy is he can’t have the procedure for 25 days?
The eldest grandchild of President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden has announced she will be married in a ceremony on the White House’s South Lawn later this year. cnn.it/3oJaGok
@MaryJATaylor1@CNN Please read the article. You will see how the White House has been the location of many weddings of the family members of former presidents from both parties.
@CNN I hope Joe or the parents will be reimbursing the taxpayer for the costs. I can't imagine they will be serving buffet or family style, which means catering. All the bells and whistles, security... I am all for a White House Wedding for presidential children, but not the grands.
