I don't think it should be normalized to pay $100 for a "new" game that could have very well been dlc for the previous. I don't like how bo6 was treated so bo7 could get more content(same with mw22/mw23).

@SnowyMattsuki Everything you said separates Vanguard from MW19, BO7 also did with BO6.
And that's just core MP. Zombies got Cursed and Survival, MP got Skirmish (The 20v20 mode), and Campaign got Co-Op and Endgame.

Meanwhile bo7 has an abundance(not organized at all, it's awful) but 5 new and original

Because realistically, every game could be a DLC if they wanted.

@NamesNotAiden new streaks too(of course some every year will somewhat be recycled cuz some are staples but it's on the devs to give them a new spin, like Vanguard did with the Flame-Naut), one of the best in cod history equipment systems(no flash, underpowered nades in general like stuns!)

1) bo2 to mw3
2) bo3 to iw
3) mw19 to bocw
It's pretty distinct
I think Vanguard perks have a completely different meta(Even the Radar perk exists in Vanguard)
Noteworthy: It has destruction, movable mounting, different map design

Mw3 was dlc and was hated back then for it too. It has redeeming qualities of course but lots of recycled assets
Vanguard I don't understand how that's "dlc" at all... it's very different from mw19

@NamesNotAiden @TaskForceNews I'm sorry but are you FOR dlc games??? You just left out all the context/nuance of those 3 games and are acting like it's the same as we got rn? Vanguard zombies wasn't even make by SHG(they only made 2 modes), mw3 got its hate for being dlc back then too!
