Greetings Heroes of Arkesia, We would like to address an issue regarding the Relic Engraving Book drop rates in the Cube Special Dispatch system. What Happened: - We accidentally set the drop rates for Relic Engraving Books much higher than intended - This has been happening since Oct 2024 The Fix: We've identified the characters who received more than one Relic Engraving Book per dispatch (which was above the intended rate). Here's how we're handling it: 1. We'll be removing the extra books from affected characters. 2. You'll receive the correct number of Random Relic Engraving Book boxes based on the intended drop rate. 3. If you've already traded or used the books, we'll work with you to recover the equivalent value in gold, or other in-game resources. We initially considered letting this slide, but that wouldn't be fair to the players who have been running the content manually. We know this kind of correction isn't fun for anyone, but maintaining game economy balance is crucial for Lost Ark's long-term health. Looking Forward: - Our team is reviewing all drop rate systems to ensure accuracy - We're improving our internal processes for faster issue detection We’re sorry for any frustration, or inconvenience this may cause.
