“Colorful Trip” is kinda like it’s Small World ride. Yeah, that Little Mermaid scene surprised us

Crazy!!! This boat ride at “Fantawild Asian Legend” theme park in China has the same “Under the Sea” scene from The Little Mermaid ride at Disney California Adventure 🎶🧜‍♀️🤯 😂🤣

- Hero of Malacca (1st photo) Immersive boat dark ride with live actors. - Rama and Sita- Transformers type ride - Let’s Fly - Flying theater - Colorful Trip - Kinda like it’s a small world

The facades of some of these rides are amazing! This park is located 4 hours from Hong Kong by bullet train. Admission is $43.50. Going to be posting some of these rides in a separate tweet.

Fantawild Asian Legend is a great theme park in Nanning with 39 attractions including 4 dark rides & 1 fantastic show! There’s an immersive wet boat dark ride with live actors & another good dark ride similar to The Great Movie Ride. 🎢👍

So freaking cool! A giant octopus destroys a dam causing a mega flash flood to rush toward the audience and then does something unexpected 🤯 🐙 🌊 Gave us Poseidon’s Fury vibes but way better! You can find this show at Fantawild Asian Legend in Nanning.

Day 9: Time to check out Fantawild Asian Legend theme park in Nanning! This park opened in 2018 and we’ve heard it’s good!🎢🇨🇳

MINISO Land Nanning

The MINISO Land in Nanning is 3 stories and sells lots of Disney, Hello Kitty, Peanuts and even Harry Potter themed merchandise

The new Rapunzel Tangled Spinning Ride @ Disney Adventure World looks nice, but why didn’t Disney come up with a unique spinning ride like the one at Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, where the platform goes up and down There’s already a Tea cups ride over at Disneyland Paris

It’s fascinating to see a Walmart in China, especially since the majority of the items at Walmart in the States are Made in China. The layout is very different and they sell washing machines and refrigerators here.

China has more restaurants and food vendors than any other country. Food is literally everywhere as soon as you step out of your hotel. But if you’re not adventurous with food, you’ll be good! There are tons of KFC, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut & Burger King everywhere in China.

@CurtExplores Nice! Love to attend, but we’ll be in Nanning until Sat and then heading up to Chongqing on Sun.

@SoCal360 I know you're at the other end of the country, but if you can find a way to Beijing tomorrow or Saturday then you'll be able to catch CAAPA (which is as it sounds - China's IAAPA). It's next to Capital/PEK airport so easy to get to, & I can help you register if you fancy it

Taking a 3 hr 20 min bullet train from Guangzhou to Nanning to check out another theme park near the Vietnam border. 🎢 This is one of the older bullet trains. We paid $65 per person to sit in a much more spacious cabin. Regular cabin is $45 🚅🇨🇳

@CraigsCache You can ride it at Disney. It’s just some other Chinese parks that have strict age limits, sometimes based on how you look, or sometimes they just ask your age.

@SoCal360 Does that include smaller coasters at Disney ?!

China really looks out for their seniors. They prohibit anyone over 60 from riding roller coasters including mountain coaster & gravity go-kart down the mountain. Our mom tried convincing them she’s in great health and really wanted to go on it. But nope! Rules are rules.

So if you look over 60, you might not be able to ride 😅 Heck, they even denied her on a flying theater ride last year at one of the theme parks. Meanwhile she rides Soarin’ in the States with no problem 🤣
